Cookie policy
Portal operated by POWER DRINKS, S.L.U.
NIF B60981081
This policy details the cookies set by the Power Metal Packaging 3D portal. It complies with Article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's guidance on cookies.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages or visits. They serve both essential functions (keeping a session open) and functions that need your permission (measuring audiences or serving ads).
2. Which cookies this portal uses
| Name | Category | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| pmp_session | Strictly necessary | Session (deleted on closing the browser) | Keeps you signed in while you use the portal. Without it you would have to sign in on every page. |
| pmp_consent | Strictly necessary | 6 months | Remembers your cookie choice so the banner does not appear again. Storing it is what lets us honour your decision. |
| pmp_lang | Preference | 1 year | Stores whether you chose Spanish or English so we remember it on your next visit. It is only installed if you accept preference cookies; if you decline, your language choice lasts only for the current visit. |
The first two are strictly necessary: without them the portal cannot work, so no consent is legally required to set them and they cannot be switched off. The third stores your language preference between visits and is only created if you accept preference cookies. If you decline, the ES/EN switch still works: your choice is kept only for the duration of your visit.
The configurator stores nothing in your browser's local storage. Finish, background and framing settings live in the page's memory and disappear when you close it.
3. Which cookies we do NOT use
- Analytics. We do not measure your browsing. There is no Google Analytics or equivalent.
- Advertising or profiling. We show no ads and share no data with ad networks.
- Third-party. None. The portal loads no resources from other domains, so no outside company receives your IP address when you visit.
The "Analytics" and "Advertising" categories appear in the settings panel marked as not active precisely because they do not exist today. If we ever add one, we will ask you again before setting it.
4. Managing your consent
You can review or change your decision at any time, as easily as you made it, through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page.
We keep a record of your choice (categories accepted, policy version and date) because Article 7(1) GDPR requires us to be able to demonstrate consent.
5. Deleting them from your browser
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that blocking the strictly necessary ones will prevent you from signing in. Official instructions:
6. Changes
If we change the cookies we use, we will publish the new version here and ask for your consent again. The current version of this policy is 2026-09-09.
